Community Photo Challenge-Transportation



DAYS GONE BY-I took this photo of this steam engine at a local festival called the Syrup Soppin'. It is an annual event that takes place in a nearby town called Loachapoka, AL every October.

I enlarged the old steam engine photo. It enlarged easily on my dial-up which is appreciative. The detail showing how chains are used to work the steering it seems. A late Happy Valentine's day to you Susan. mark/salty

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY, MY LOVE!~

Thirty years ago today, October 7, 1978, I was in a white dress and veil walking down the isle to say I do to the love of my life, Donnie. Just months before, I had broken off an engagement with another guy that I had dated for probably 1.5 years.
